This policy explains what Windowshop collects when you visit windowshopkit.com or buy from us. Windowshop is run by icookcode, India. Contact: support@windowshopkit.com.
When you visit the site
Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic request data (like IP address and browser) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, including a quick bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on our sign-up form. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
We use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to understand which parts of the page help, for example how many people open the sign-up form. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies are only set if you click Accept, and you can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser. We don't use advertising cookies.
When you ask for the free download or a launch email
We collect your email address, your country (from your connection), which form you used, and, if you tick the box, a record of your consent to marketing emails (the exact wording, date and country). We use it to send what you asked for: the Rail Lite download link, or one email when paid checkout opens.
Marketing emails (new styles and offers, 1 or 2 a month) are only sent if you ticked the box, and every email has an unsubscribe link. The free download never depends on that box.
We send email through Mailgun (Sinch), which stores your address and delivery records on our behalf.
When you buy
Checkout is handled by our payment partner, which collects your name, email, billing country and payment details. We receive your name, email, what you bought and your country, so we can deliver your files, provide support and keep tax records. We never see your full card details.
How we use your details
- To send your download and licence.
- To answer your support emails.
- To send the free download link or the launch email you asked for.
- To tell you about updates to products you bought, and, if you opted in, new styles and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as tax law requires, and support emails for up to two years. Sign-up emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and are removed after two years without any contact.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@windowshopkit.com. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: use the unsubscribe link in any email. We'll reply within 30 days. This address is also our contact for grievances under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
